  Would just like to say a big thank you to the lady assistant that went to great lengths to locate a dress for me which I had ordered 3 times online and received the wrong dress on all 3 occasions. Assistants in East Kbride thought a picking error and if I was to reorder a 4th time would probably get another wrong dress. East Kilbride Assistant told me to leave the problem with her and she wood try her best to get this sorted for me by phoning Warehouse and also Depot in Ireland. She kept me informed by phone how she was getting on. I really had given up hope in getting this dress at all. Low and behold she phoned me today to say she had located my dress and got it transferred to East Kibride store. Was overjoyed and can't praise this member of staff enough for all her hard work. Wish I had got her name but she had a lovely friendly manner, beige shoulder length hair and worked in Ladies Department. Did thank her so look much but feel praise should be given to her by Marks and Spencers. Know if Personnel made enquiries who this member of staff is they should be able to get her name as a lot of staff knew about this problem with my order and should be able to name her for them. Collected my dress today as it was held for me in the downstairs Ladies Department.
